Welcome to the Social Commerce Festival ("SCFest" or the "Event"), organized by Creator Market Productions Inc. ("CMP," "SCFest," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing, receiving, accepting, or using an Event ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Ticket Terms & Conditions.

TICKETS & PRICING

Purchase, pricing, ticket types & transfers

1. Ticket Purchase Agreement

These Terms apply to all attendees, including but not limited to creators, TikTok Shop creators, brands, agencies, sponsors, exhibitors, vendors, speakers, media, guests, volunteers, and other participants.

2. All Sales Are Final

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL.

All tickets are non-refundable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly authorized in writing by SCFest.

No refunds, credits, exchanges, cancellations, or partial refunds will be issued due to, including but not limited to:

  • Change of plans
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Travel delays or cancellations
  • Illness or injury
  • Weather conditions
  • Failure to attend
  • Personal emergencies
  • Change of employment
  • Dissatisfaction with networking results
  • Failure to obtain product samples
  • Failure to secure brand deals, sponsorships, or collaborations
  • Any reason not required by applicable law
Purchasing a ticket reserves admission only and does not guarantee any specific business outcome.

3. Early-Bird Ticket Pricing

SCFest offers Early-Bird pricing for a limited promotional period.

  • Early-Bird pricing ends August 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM (event time zone) unless sold out earlier.
  • Beginning September 1, 2026, standard ticket pricing will apply.
  • Ticket prices will increase after the Early-Bird period.
  • SCFest does not offer price matching, retroactive discounts, credits, refunds, or adjustments after a ticket has been purchased.

4. Ticket Types

UGC Creator Ticket

Designed for creators who produce user-generated content for brands. Includes:

  • Event admission
  • Networking opportunities
  • Brand matchmaking opportunities
  • Product discovery
  • Educational sessions (if offered)
  • Eligibility to request product samples from participating brands

This ticket does not guarantee: brand partnerships, paid campaigns, contracts, product samples, sponsorships, affiliate opportunities, future work, or revenue/business opportunities. Product sampling and collaborations remain solely at the discretion of participating brands.

TikTok Shop Creator Ticket

Designed for creators actively participating in or planning to participate in TikTok Shop. Includes:

  • Event admission
  • TikTok Shop-focused networking
  • Brand matchmaking
  • Educational sessions
  • Opportunities to request product samples
  • Affiliate networking opportunities

This ticket does not guarantee: product samples, affiliate approval, TikTok Shop approval, commission opportunities, paid collaborations, sales, brand partnerships, or future business opportunities.

Brand & Agency Partner Ticket

Designed for consumer brands, agencies, marketing firms, PR firms, retailers, e-commerce businesses, and service providers. Includes:

  • Event admission
  • Creator networking
  • Creator matchmaking
  • Business networking
  • Educational programming
  • Sponsorship activities (if applicable)

This ticket does not guarantee: meetings with specific creators, signed creator agreements, campaign performance, sales, return on investment, or business outcomes.

9. Transfers

Unless otherwise approved in writing by SCFest, tickets are non-transferable.

If transfers are permitted for a specific ticket type, they must be completed according to SCFest's published procedures before the applicable transfer deadline.

ADMISSION & CONDUCT

Entry, validation, event changes & behavior

5. Admission, Check-In & Ticket Validation

A valid SCFest ticket is required for entry. Individuals without a valid ticket may not be permitted into the event venue, registration area, networking spaces, exhibitor floor, or any official Event activities. All tickets are subject to verification by SCFest event staff and authorized check-in personnel.

Event schedules, check-in hours, admission times, programming schedules, and entry procedures are subject to change at the discretion of Social Commerce Festival ("SCFest") and/or the Event venue. Any listed admission or check-in time is provided as an estimated timeframe and does not guarantee immediate entry or a specific entry time.

Attendees should plan accordingly and arrive early to allow sufficient time for:

  • Ticket verification
  • Registration processing
  • Security procedures
  • Check-in requirements
  • Venue entry procedures
  • Potential lines or wait times

Wait times for check-in and admission may vary based on:

  • Attendee volume
  • Ticket verification requirements
  • Technical issues
  • Venue procedures
  • Staffing availability
  • Security requirements
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

SCFest does not guarantee a specific wait time, processing time, or admission time. Attendees may experience delays before being granted entry into the Event.

If there are complications with your ticket, including but not limited to:

  • Invalid ticket information
  • Missing registration details
  • Duplicate tickets
  • Ticket verification issues
  • Unauthorized transfers
  • Other check-in concerns

Entry may be delayed or denied until the issue is resolved.

Attendees who arrive late or experience delayed entry due to personal circumstances, late arrival, ticket-related issues, wait times, registration processing, or circumstances outside of SCFest's reasonable control are not entitled to refunds, credits, exchanges, or compensation.

CMP, SCFest, Event staff, venue personnel, and check-in personnel are not responsible for delayed entry resulting from attendee circumstances, ticket issues, operational delays, wait times, or circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

SCFest reserves the right to deny admission or remove an attendee if:

  • A ticket cannot be verified as valid.
  • A ticket has been duplicated, altered, transferred in violation of these Terms, or otherwise appears fraudulent.
  • The attendee cannot reasonably establish their right to use the ticket.
  • Venue policies or Event rules are not followed.
  • The attendee engages in unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or inappropriate conduct.

Admission is granted only after successful ticket validation and completion of all required check-in procedures. Government-issued identification may be required when necessary to verify ticket ownership.

8. Event Changes

SCFest reserves the right to modify or update any aspect of the Event, including: venue, schedule, speakers, panels, workshops, educational sessions, exhibitors, sponsors, brand participants, creator participants, activities, and programming.

These changes do not entitle ticket holders to refunds, credits, or exchanges.

10. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Prohibited conduct includes: harassment, discrimination, threats, physical violence, intimidation, unauthorized solicitation, illegal activity, damage to venue property, and disruptive behavior.

Violations may result in removal from the Event without refund.

6. Brand Matchmaking & Business Opportunities

SCFest is intended to facilitate introductions and networking between creators, brands, agencies, and industry professionals. Attendance does not guarantee:

  • Brand deals
  • Paid collaborations
  • Retainers
  • Sponsorships
  • Affiliate approvals
  • TikTok Shop partnerships
  • Influencer campaigns
  • Ambassador opportunities
  • Meetings with specific brands
  • Product seeding
  • Contracts
  • Employment
  • Revenue or business opportunities

All partnership decisions remain solely between participating creators, brands, agencies, exhibitors, and sponsors.

7. Product Sampling

Participating brands may choose to distribute product samples during the Event. Product sampling is:

  • Determined solely by participating brands and their authorized booth representatives or staff.
  • Subject to product availability.
  • Available while supplies last.
  • Based upon each brand's own selection criteria and marketing objectives.

Brands may evaluate creators using factors such as content quality, niche relevance, audience demographics, social media presence, TikTok Shop activity, UGC portfolio, inventory availability, and marketing goals.

Although participating brands are encouraged to engage with creators, sampling is not guaranteed. As a creator, you may not receive samples from every participating brand. Brand representatives retain sole discretion regarding sample distribution.

SCFest does not guarantee any attendee will receive products, promotional items, samples, or gifts.

GENERAL

Privacy, governing law & acceptance

16. Privacy

Information collected during registration may be used for event administration, attendee communications, customer support, operational purposes, and other uses described in SCFest's applicable Privacy Policy.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Ticket Terms & Conditions, together with any policies expressly referenced herein (including SCFest's Privacy Policy and any applicable venue rules), constitute the entire agreement between you and Creator Market Productions Inc. regarding your ticket and attendance at the Event, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, or agreements, whether written or oral, on that subject.

20. Changes to These Terms

SCFest may update, revise, or modify these Ticket Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective when posted at socialcommercefest.com/terms with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued purchase, receipt, acceptance, or use of a ticket after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

21. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, receiving, accepting, or using an SCFest ticket, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have read and accepted these Ticket Terms & Conditions.
  • All ticket sales are final.
  • Tickets are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
  • Early-Bird pricing expires on August 31, 2026, and will not be price matched after expiration.
  • A valid ticket is required for admission, and entry is subject to verification by SCFest staff.
  • Individuals without a valid ticket may be denied entry.
  • Product sampling is determined solely by participating brands and their representatives and is not guaranteed.
  • You may not receive samples from every participating brand.
  • SCFest does not guarantee brand deals, retainers, sponsorships, affiliate approvals, paid campaigns, contracts, meetings, or business opportunities.
  • SCFest is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced personal property or product samples.
  • You agree to comply with all Event policies, venue rules, and instructions from SCFest staff while attending the Social Commerce Festival.
